Backway's Physical Therapy is recognized as a provider of Physical Therapy and Speech Therapy services for almost all insurance companies.
Below you will find a list of the insurance companies that we work with most often. This is only a partial list of the companies for whom we provide services. If your insurance company is not listed, please call our office (777-8050), and we will help you find out if your insurance company will cover our services.
Remember that, although we are able to evaluate and treat all clients who come to us without a physician's referral, most insurance companies require a perscription to process a patient's claim for Physical or Speech Therapy.
It is always wise for you to verify your policy's specific Physical or Speech Therapy coverages. This will allow you to be fully aware of your financial responsibilities and any limitations of coverage your policy may contain.
We are happy to perform an "Insurance Verification" for you, however, we do this as a courtesy, as all insurance companies refuse to be held accountable for the information they give to providers before a claim is actually processed.
